Job description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced prep cook to join our small morning prep team. The prep team is the backbone of our nightly operations. To be successful in this role you should be consistent, have attention to detail and engage in open communication with your peers.
This position is an entry into Leadership within the Broders' Organization and at Terzo. If you're looking to grow your skills as a leader, contribute to decision making and participate in creative dialog - this position is perfect for you!
Full time positions, mornings, includes Saturday & Sunday.
DUTIES
- Receive and check in orders
- Execute prep list tasks
- Champion fresh pasta production
- Maintain an organized environment
- Understand all aspects of prep
- Evaluate quality
- Collaborate with AM Prep team and PM Leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience working in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate with Sous Chef and CDC
